“Although there were various plans for the furnishing of the office, the technical installations, the design and the expected functionality did not gain the Client’s approval, and the costs were also skyrocketing. Our task was to rethink and then finalise the concept, elaborate a high-quality, efficient internal space that integrates the technical and material demands. We were able to gain the approval of the parties (tenant and owner) for our plans, and so the actual work on the offices was started in March. In addition, during the quarantine construction work was continued even without people being able to meet in person. In the end, in spite of all the difficulties encountered, EPTA’s new offices were handed over at the end of May. It is now a cost-efficient, well-functioning office, which fully meets the tenants demands,” added Kristóf Bakos, REscon Managing Director.
